How to Clear Cache in Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome:
-Launch Chrome by clicking its icon on your desktop, taskbar, or start menu.
-Access Chrome Settings:
Click the three vertical dots ( Click the three lines (Menu) > Settings > Privacy & Security.
Safari: Click Safari > Preferences > Advanced.
Edge: Click the three dots (More) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
Go to Privacy and Security:
Scroll down and click Privacy and security on the left-hand sidebar.
Clear Browsing Data:
Under the "Privacy and security" section, click Clear browsing data.
Choose Time Range:
A new window will pop up. At the top, you’ll see a dropdown labeled Time range.
Select All time for a thorough clean, or choose a specific time range if you only want to clear recent data.
Select Cached Data:
Ensure the box next to Cached images and files is checked.
You can uncheck other boxes like Browsing history and Cookies and other site data if you don’t want to clear those.
Clear the Cache:
Once you've selected the options, click the Clear data button at the bottom-right.
Restart Chrome:
After the data is cleared, restart Chrome to make sure the changes take effect.
